During we conduct our video we interviewed a student why they are not wearing their complete uniform and why they are make an illegal doings of school.....

"Enjoy Exercise"
Choose the type of excercise you can really enjoy, whether walking,jogging,jumping rope or whatever.It must be strenuos enough to increase your heartbeat to a certain level and maintain that rate for 15 to 20 minutes,
yuo may think you are getting plenty of exercise, but this is not the vigorous type needed to strenghen the heart muscle. Develop a regular excercise everyday.........
"Hairloss"
Most women who have gone through this harrowing experience say they treid everything to stop hairloss, from the special treatments at the salon, to a whole range of over the counter products.
and most of all thinning hair makes a woman look older when thier hair's health shine and bounce weaken. so all that i can say care your hair and avoid using any products that cause hairloss...........
