"Enjoy Exercise"

Choose the type of excercise you can really enjoy, whether walking,jogging,jumping rope or whatever.It must be strenuos enough to increase your heartbeat to a certain level and maintain that rate for 15 to 20 minutes,
yuo may think you are getting plenty of exercise, but this is not the vigorous type needed to strenghen the heart muscle. Develop a regular excercise everyday.........
